Assistant Manager/Executive - Public Relations

Actively searching for a young and dynamic PR executive (male/female) for Delhi's largest and most iconic retail destination.

Candidate should have a flair for people practice and effective communication with strong written & verbal skills.

Experience can be anywhere between 01 year to 04 year.

Location: South Delhi

Reporting to: General Manager - PR, Communications and Alliances

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies.

- Liaising with colleagues and key spokespeople of the organization.

- Liaising with and answering inquiries from media, individuals and other organisations, often via telephone and email.

- Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media, collating and analyzing media coverage;

writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports.

- Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programmes; devising and coordinating photo opportunities.

- Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours; maintaining and updating information on the organisation's website.

- Fostering community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives; managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation.

This is a team player role with strong emphasis on enhancing brand's image in a high entropy work environment while working in tandem with a group of very professional young leaders, board of directors and industry leaders.

P.S: This is a Public Relations role and not a Business Development or Account Management role.
