Assistant Manager - Estimations & Proposal - Railway Electrification Segment

- Lead the estimation process for railway electrification projects, evaluating factors such as materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.

- Utilize industry benchmarks and historical data to develop accurate and competitive project cost estimates.

- Ensure proposals effectively communicate the value and feasibility of the proposed solutions.

- Provide technical expertise related to railway electrification to enhance the technical content of proposals.

- Collaborate with engineers and technical specialists to improve proposal accuracy and effectiveness.

- Gain an in-depth understanding of project scopes, technical specifications, and client objectives to tailor proposals accordingly.

- Monitor project budgets during the estimation and proposal phases to ensure alignment with financial goals.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience of 10 +years in estimation, proposal development, and project management within the railway electrification segment.

- In-depth knowledge of railway electrification standards, processes, and industry dynamics.

- Proficiency in project management tools, estimation software, and MS Office applications.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective proposal creation and client interaction.

- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in estimations and proposals.
