Assistant Manager - Equity & Deferred Compensation - BFSI

Group Overview :

Equity & deferred compensation would include handling stock buyout cases for different geographies; equity awards trading, equity awards vesting, equity awards data administration, hands on experience on vendor stock admin platforms; understanding of exercise of awards on vesting, basic understanding on Global taxation, financial accounting of equity awards. Understanding of regulatory reporting and audit requirements.

Job Description :

Work with Regional teams to deliver stock buyout cases, liaise with the global compensation team for BS valuation, Binomial valuation. Plans and schedule deliverable

Work with regional teams on vesting of equity awards, coordinating on sending vesting files to regional teams and then passing it on to the payrolls.

Weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly upload and maintenance of data on UBS system

Updating/ changing records on UBS as per the requirements

Creating new vehicles/ liaising with UBS during the year-end grants.

Skills:

ESOP Calculation experience

Strong MS Excel skills and VBA Starter

ESOP valuation

Global ESOP exposure.
