Assistant Manager - Enterprise Risk Management - Manufacturing Firm

- Leading the company's implementation of the risk management program by performing risk assessments, validating existing processes and controls, quantifying identified risks and their exposure, developing risk mitigation plans, and reporting on key risks and relevant metrics. ERM Manager will also help with building and maintaining ERM framework including risk categorization, risk assessment criteria, risk repository, ERM policy, and procedures, as well as the Risk module of the company

- Identify risks across the company's operations covering various types of risks, including developing a risk library through interviews, and surveys of key stakeholders complemented by research of industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory and industry-level developments.

- Synthesize and assess those risks and classify them by risk priority using the company's risk assessment criteria and other considerations. Develop a consensus view of prioritized risks.

- Develop risk mitigation plans for prioritized risks and collaborate with stakeholders to validate and implement those, as well as maintain and enhance them over time. Perform periodic assessments and validation of risk mitigation to determine whether the plans are operating as designed.

- Draft reports based on results of risk assessments tailored to the relevant audience.

- Ensure executive leaders understand risks that might affect their departments and the company's business; ensure individuals understand their accountability for risks and risk mitigation.
