Experience: Minimum 2 years (Post Qualification)

Educational Qualification Essential:

Bachelors degree and CA/MBA (Finance)

Business/Technical Skills Sets Essential:

- Internal Controls related work experience

- Enterprise Risk Management

- Communication Skills

- Leadership Skills

- Data Management Skills

Desirable:

- From BFSI industry

- Experience in handling Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) function

- Hands on Experience of using GRC Tools

- Awareness of Risk Management Frameworks such as COSO

Job Profile

- Designing and testing of internal controls

- Management of GRC Tool to be procured for ERM/Internal Control activities

- Preparation of various documents such as operations manual/SOPs pertaining to Internal Controls/Enterprise Risk Management

- Preparing MIS reports and reporting to Senior Management.

- Coordinating with internal/external stakeholders for Internal Control and ERM activities

- Adherence to the timelines for Internal Control and ERM activities
