We are a young start-up, founded by IIM Alumni with significant industry experience in Consulting, BFSI & Education space. Through our services, we help our Clients (top Management & Strategy consulting firms, Research & Advisory firms, Corporates, Start-ups etc.) quickly and effectively achieve their work objectives by leveraging our global network of Experts (also known as the - Knowledge Network- ), that includes senior professionals with direct industry experience or in-depth sectoral knowledge. We are one of the few firms in India in this space and has the vision to be the leader soon. To achieve the same, we are looking to expand aggressively and are on the lookout for smart candidates who are looking to work in a growing organization.

JOB OVERVIEW

The incumbent is expected to develop a holistic understanding of various services offered by the firm (i.e., One-on-One Expert Consultations, Project Delivery, Staffing etc.). He/she will be required to fulfil multiple responsibilities across Expert Empanelment, Full-time Recruitment or Temporary Staffing and Relationship Management as elaborated below.

Expert Empanelment

- Based on the clients- requirements, source the right Experts via channels such as professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn), job portals (e.g. Naukri.com) and search engines.

- Subsequently, empanel the Experts into the firm's Knowledge Network, complying with the firm's financial matrix and ensuring profitability of the engagements conducted by the Expert Full-time Recruitment and Temporary Staffing

- Based on the clients- requirements, identify the right candidates for full time or temporary staffing openings shared by the clients

- Effectively explain relevant openings to the right candidates to get their buy-in, understand their expectations and subsequently forward appropriate profiles to the client interfacing team

Relationship Management

- The incumbent will be the firm's ambassador for the identified set of Experts and needs to effectively manage the relationship

Our client requirements are both India-focused and Global (US, Europe, Asia etc.), therefore the incumbent would get to reach out / engage with senior and global professionals on a day-to-day basis.
