Position : Assistant Manager - Collections
Experience : 3+ years
Location : Gurgaon
Educational Qualification : Master's Degree
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Actively monitor bucket efficiency and continuous monitoring of key collection metrics
- Ensuring effective manpower alignment to drive bucket efficiency
- Mentoring and coaching of Operators / TL's
- Ensuring daily, weekly and monthly targets are achieved
- Daily, weekly Review to keep a track of team performance against the targets
- Liaising with support functions to improve team performance
- To drive high productivity with efficiency
- Must be able to effectively execute collection strategy.
- Needs to control absenteeism and attrition in the portfolio
Desired Profile :
- Minimum 3 years of inbound experience
- Must have exposure to call center environment in middle management role
- Knowledge of Dialer Management
- Must have handled TL- s/AM's with minimum span of 70 FTEs
- Must be able to drive the Team for higher with Efficiency and Change as per business and requirements.
- Should be well versed with MS Office applications
