We are currently looking for Assistant Manager - Direct Tax for one of the leading business consultants in Delhi.   The incumbent will be responsible for :  - Handling tax assignments including  - Advising clients on tax structures and tax issues  - Permanent Establishment advisory  - Corporate Tax Return Filing  - Expatriate tax planning  - Withholding tax advisory and certification  - Representation before tax authorities  - Advising on exchange control regulations  - Client interface, liaison, and relationship  - Managing a team including qualified chartered accountants  2 - 4 years experience in :  - Income tax advisory, litigation, and business tax matters  - Representation before tax authorities  - Knowledge on interpretation of double tax avoidance agreements  - Basic understanding on Transfer Pricing  - Working knowledge on International tax structuring  - Working knowledge of Domestic Tax Compliances
