The role will be responsible for driving the performance and digital marketing team to accomplish the following:
- Will drive acquisition of customers through paid marketing, web and app. Responsible for running various marketing campaigns and driving traffic and revenue through the paid channel.
- Hands on experience in creating and managing various campaigns on PLA, GDN, GSN, FB and alike platforms
- Facebook & Google Marketing: Responsible for growth and optimization of different branding/transactional campaigns on Facebook. Ensuring placements to the right audience on the right platform at right time with relevant content
- Responsible for planning of monthly and annual budgets and allocation of budgets in different marketing channels and campaigns
- Responsible for optimizations of different campaigns on ROI, Conv%, CPA, and CPTs across platforms and channels
- Manage monthly and annual goals for revenue growth via paid channels.
- Reporting: Analysing and publishing timely reports on performance marketing spends, traffic, CTR, Conversion rates and ROI
Required Skillset:
- Experience of working in a campaign operation, demand generation or marketing operations role with proven growth
- Experience in handling high budget campaigns while maintaining solid growth rate and tough handle on key metrics
- Ability to drive a high energy team and has a creative and analytical mind which he/ she uses to drive data strategy
- Ability to solve problems creatively in a fast-paced environment; take initiative to achieve results; meet short deadlines; and maintain a positive attitude
- Basic web development and digital design skills
- Excellent reporting skills with a solid understanding of reporting tools.
- Continually curious about customer behaviors
