Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for doing TV Ad sales.
- Having Team Handling Experience.
- Responsible for brand development, strategy and sales
- Develop & lead the marketing and sales team.
- Coordinating with major advertising agencies clients and team members for enhancing business growth and overall profitability.
- Maintain effective relations with existing major accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repetitive business
- Business development and generation of revenues.
- Implementation & tracking of sales processes for effective sales planning, projections & tracking of performance
Knowledge & Skills :
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exposure to niche space planning and strategy (on-air, off-air & Digital besides events).
- Basic knowledge of TAM.
- Proficiency in managing partner relations: Research Teams, Agencies and Vendors besides striking key tie-ups for the brand.
- Exposure to management of digital and social media.
