Title : Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager - TM/OD

Location : Ahmedabad

Working Time : 11am to 8pm or 1 pm to 10pm -

Experience required : 8-10 years- experience in TM+ OD

Talent Management & OD :

Design a strong talent management process (including Talent Assessment, Talent Reviews, Governance, Individual development plan etc.) to realize the Talent strategy to attract, develop and retain right talent

OD Interventions

- Design implement and project management of Leadership Development Program(LDP)

- Conceptualization of program content, learning modules, duration of the program

- Identification of Hipots performers

- Liaise with internal stakeholders

- Career Planning & Succession

- Change management

- Competency Profiling
