Profile :

- Built new teams, Responsible for hiring strategy and its execution for different functions of the group

- Expert in hiring across different levels (Fresher to VP) and varied competencies (Finance, Marketing, Product, Quality, Project management, Software Development, IOS/Android and Sales)

- Actively involved in designing talent attraction strategy, campus recruitment, competitor analysis and unconventional sourcing strategies for leadership/niche hiring.

- Proficient in interacting with multiple business leaders and delivering results as per hiring SLAs with my team of recruiters
