Qualification : MBA from top B school + B.Tech/BCA/Bsc IT
Mandatory Skills:
- Should have hands-on experience in IT lateral recruitment and closing the requirements on time.
- Candidate must have excellent spoken and written communication skills along with the ability to articulate effectively.
- Strong interest in IT/Technology innovations, keen to follow industry trends and can handle International Recruitment drives.
- Must have experience in MS Office tools (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
- Willingness to learn & work in a team.
- Headhunting experience will be a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Screening, scheduling interviews, coordination with the shortlisted candidates through telephonic, in-person or video conference.
- Conducting HR interviews, Salary negotiation & closure within the designed salary band, ensuring cost-effective hiring.
- Utilize social media recruiting skills to market the open positions, attract talent and build online communities.
