Qualification- MBA from Tier 1 institute passed out
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition :
a. Rich experience in handling recruitment of middle and senior level preferably in sales and marketing team
b. Work on recruitment analytics like TAT, hiring cost, etc
c. Sourcing of CVS by working with premium consultants and usage of social media
2. Employee On-boarding :
a. Ensure induction and on-boarding is smoothly done for each hire
b. Take joining feedback from new hires and work on gap areas
3. Talent Management :
a. Develop young leadership pipeline by designing an effective program for MTs
b. Frame competencies relevant for the organization and basis which design TNIs for each employee
c. Identify critical resources and look into their career development
4. Reward & Recognition :
a. Design R&R mechanism for corporate and branch office employees
b. Ensure smooth implementation of R&R process is done
5. PMS :
a. Work on the annual PMS cycle and ensure all stages are being followed
b. Craft KRAs and KPIs for different departments grade wise
c. Suggest and design new PMS model which shall have business relevance
