Role Overview –
- Corporate and Retail Ad Sales for the company
- Client Servicing - Understanding the need and budget of the client and basis suggesting the customized solutions for maximum visibility and ROI.
- Generating promotional ideas and bagging Barter deals to promote the brand forward.
- Tracking competitor's activities in order to provide market intelligence.

Job Description
As part of the business development team for a specific category, the person will be responsible for:
- Sales Management and target achievement
- Process and Operations management to ensure the timely delivery of the material and also the smooth running of the advertisement schedule at the concerned properties
- Provide clients more options to advertise as per client’s requirement.
- Tying up with local and national agencies for bringing their PR clients on-board for company's Advertising
- Liaison with various agencies/departments for PR clients for fulfilling their requirements of different advertising, branding and marketing needs.
- Tracking of Competitor Media like Print, OOH, Electronic, Digital, etc. for being updated about every vestige of branding in the market.
- Reporting of daily, weekly and monthly business to region head.
- Working in-sync with H.O. and other departments like finance, scheduling, operations, etc to ensure an uninterrupted and prompt service level for clients.
- Providing knowledge of Company's Advertising to potential clients and agencies, as the media is new and unconventional for retail clientele
- Tying-up with corporate/semi-corporate companies and different govt. departments for large volume-based yearly/half-yearly deals.
- Media Planning for clients to ensure optimum and effective utilization of available budgets.
Requisite Skills -
- MBA (preferably Marketing) /Graduation.
- At least 4 yrs of experience in Sales & Business Development preferably cinema sales
- Should have “exceptional” communication skill
- Extremely good in inter-personal skills – ability in striking conversation borne out with examples in prior work experience
- Should have good presentation skills
- Should be an extrovert personality who enjoys being and talking with people, high energy level and a positive approach.
- Should be a quick learner and target oriented.
