- To educate Architects / Sr. Architects / interior decorators / consultants and Key Builders about company's Lighting with Company Presentation about decorative lighting along with CLS and meet them on regular basis .
- To maintain focus on Architects / Consultants / Specifiers / Builders and Potential Customers for sales of Decorative Products of Lighting division
- To pitch architects, specifies, consultants, government departments, instituition, key builders & hospitality etc to promote other verticals of company Lighting along with decorative vertical .
- To Do Extensive market coverage of dealers, interior decorators, Architects / builders & High end clients. Also, to cover Bungalows & Potential Sites .
- To identify the key Architects / Customers through Company / OC / CBS / BDM and own referrals to promote company's Lighting products and expand customer data base
- To educate key decision makers of identified projects on CLS products, their features, USPs etc.
- To carry out regular promotions : distribute catalogues & display hoardings at architects/projects/electrical consultants sites
- To bring key builders, their architects, their sales & marketing team, their purchase team to display Centres to help demonstrators to present Lighting products & Maintain proper Data base of Architects & potential clients for Lighting division
- To build / maintain one on one relationship with key builders/architects and handover gifts to them on specific occassions
- To address promptly on any specific query, services, assistance on company Lighting products
- To generate revenue through key architects, consulants and industries, government institues, dealers etc .
- To propose offers for new products to the identified key decision makers
- To introduce and promote new products launched by the company
- To ensure customer care support is given to the customers during all phases of construction
