Role Overview :
- Hiring within TAT & desired skill set
- Plan and participate in the selection process to select the most suitable candidates for BPO mid/senior leadership positions
- Vendor partner Management
- Set internal standards on recruitment through benchmarking/best practices
- Determines the appropriate compensation philosophy and structure for the company using market trends and data
- Conduct performance appraisal as per schedules, provides technical guidance to appraisers, oversees proper documentation and timely decision making of related decisions
Desired Profile :
- 5+ Years of experience in handling end to end recruitment activities
- Experience in managing a team.
- Experience in BPO handling volume hiring is mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Excel
- MBA/Graduate
