Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Projects - Chemicals

Qualified Chemical/ Mechanical Engineers with minimum 4 years of hands-on experience into project execution into chemical and speciality chemical industry.

Our client is a well respected chemical giant currently hiring for 2 green field and brown field projects based at Gujarat.

Keen to identify executives with strong technical knowledge and practical experience.

Below mentioned are key responsibilities for the said role.

- Achieve project objectives by making strategic action plans, implementing procedure & policies aligned with quality, and safety standards.

- Plan the project activities to create a detailed work plan needed for successful completion of the project.

- Determine and allocate resources (time, cost, equipment, manpower etc.) as per scheduled activities required for project completion.

- Provide approvals for various project works like layout, designs, studies, equipments.

- Ensure the delivery of the project within the scope, timeline and budget.

- Monitor the progress of the project and manage changes to the project scope, schedule and cost as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.

- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors for various equipments, machinery & new modifications.

- Identify the issues for any delay in project completion & resolve the same in coordination with functional heads & other concerned departments
