Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Project Sales - Building/Electrical Products

Project Sales Role :

Sales experience in the builder segment - tiles/ cement/ sanitary ware/ Glass etc.

Candidates who have handled electrical products like wires/ switches/ lighting etc must have experience in project sales/institutional sales.

Job Description :

1. Visiting Architects, Builders, Developers, Interior Designers & Consultants.

2. Responsible for delivering on the Annual Sales Targets of an area through the designated Projects/Institutional Sales.

3. Manage Organisation Structure and Sizing

4. Manage Order Processing, inventory and supply chain coordination.

5. Co-ordinate with BAT in Managing POP Material, supporting Marketing activities in the region.

6. Managing Sales Cycle - Generating Lead, BOQ, winning order, Supplies, Ratification, Collection and closure.

7. Manage Complaints, services and customer satisfaction.

8. Provide Information, Manage databases, MIS.

9. Reporting profit plan and target v/s achievement.
