Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Project Finance - Manufacturing Firm - CA

Hiring for AM/DM Project Finance for Large Manufacturing Company in Mumbai. Must have experience in fund raising, fund management, long term fund management.

Qualification - Chartered Accountant (qualified).

Experience - 4 Years - 7 Years.

- ECA/ ECB Financing: Execution of the transaction from Term sheet to finalisation to loan documentations and compliance under the documents.

- Relationship Management with international banks.

- Foreign Currency Loans Covenants Compliance Monitoring & Tracking: Financial, Other Loan covenants, end use monitoring & certifications, ensuring filings with respect to all regulatory compliance under various regulations governing the facilities.

- Investing surplus funds at the best possible rates pending utilisation of loan funds

- ECA financing transactions

- Assessing potential for ECA financing based on import component

- Establishment of Lines of credit

- Meeting compliance requirements for ECA financing

- Relationship with international banks to facilitate ECB and other financing facilities

- Monitoring the trends in external commercial borrowings and structure suitable transactions

- Preparation of Proposals for ECB/ ECA financing

- Loan documentation

- Information Memorandum and other activities for International Bond transactions

- Foreign Currency Loan compliance: Monitoring of various covenants stipulations under the agreement, pre-empting non compliance if any and taking necessary corrective actions

- Financial covenants monitoring

- Covenant Certifications

- End-use of loans

- Information covenants

- Periodic returns to agencies

- Digitisation initiatives for the department

- Ensuring that debt servicing requirements and accounting entries of all the facilities

- ODI remittances to the subsidiaries
