Assistant Manager /Deputy Manager Product Development

Location : Mumbai

Job Purpose :

- Responsible for Managing the Product Development Process from Market Research, Ideation to Development, Filing and Approval.

- Candidate will also be responsible for managing IT set up and development of platform for launch.

Reports to : Head of Product Development and Underwriting

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

- Responsible for Adherence to the Company's product development process.

- Participating in the Market research initiatives.

- Product Filing Documentation & subsequent query management.

- IT Platform development for New Products

- Market Research and Competition Tracking

Knowledge/Experience/ Skills :

- 3-6 years in Product Development Function

- Direct experience in filing of Health Insurance products

- Working knowledge of developing and implementing IT Platforms for new products

- Experience in coordinating with multiple stake holders and cross functional teams

- Well versed with Health Insurance Regulations and Products in the existing Market.
