Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Plant Stores - Manufacturing Industry

Scope Of Role:

1. Plan the objectives for stores (RM/PM/FG stores), budgets and timelines to achieve the objectives

2. Arrange resources for the team to achieve the objectives set

3. Develop systems and procedures for smooth operation of the department

4. Review the effectiveness

5. Identify problems

6. Build capability in the team for smooth execution and problem solving

Key Result Areas:

- Achieve targets set for Productivity, Delivery, Quality, Cost, Safety and Morale

- FG Dispatch service levels (plan compliance, Dispatch accuracy and Volume damaged per ton)

- Reduction in Truck Turnaround time

- Implementation of various warehouse management concepts

- Reduction in stock variance

- Development of subordinates

- Drive initiatives and improvement projects

Candidate Requirement :

BE / BTECH is mandatory

From any manufacturing industry

Should have a solid exposure in stores department

Able to manage a team.
