Qualification : Commerce graduate or MBA Finance Experience&nbsp;: 3-6 years exp - Manage end-to-end payroll processing, reports, records and updates including continuous improvement initiative for Pan India, Middle East and South Asia - Managing payroll vendor and internal stakeholders Process monthly employee payroll payments on time - Complete all HR reporting documents and submit them for senior manager approval - Calculate and deduct appropriate amounts from payroll checks. - To ensure TDS deduction as per Income - Tax Rules TDS return as per income -Tax Rules - Manage F&F settlement of employees leaving the service of the company - Responsible for statutory compliance's (TDS, Gratuity, ESIC, PT, PF Etc) - Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
