Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Offline Marketing

A. Media & Distribution Planning:

- To work closely with external agencies to ensure the most effective media planning & distribution

- Managing spend reports & ensuring all auditory / commercial compliances are met

B. Campaign Development & Partnerships:

- Drive innovative marketing campaigns through one or many touch points (existing partners, brands, colleges, corporates) - Offline & digital branding properties to drive awareness & new customers across cities

C. Consumer Insights & Reports:

- Drive market research activities to uncover consumer insights, analyze internal data to segment customers and draw out actionable insights to feed into the communication strategy

- Analyze campaigns across cities 7 different parameters to track ROI & publish the same to all stakeholders

Soft Notes:

This role will require a lot of travelling, work on weekends (At times) & stretched hours. Ideal candidate would be based out from / near gurgaon or willing to relocate.
