POSITION : ASSISTANT/DEPUTY/MANAGER - STRATEGY This position reports to the President & CEO The position is based at Hyderabad Should be a B.Tech and MBA from Reputed Institutes CTC can offer upto 16 LPA JOB ROLE : Candidate will be required to - - Develop Business Strategies - Develop Market Entry Strategy - Carry out Project Appraisal - Carry out Feasibility Analysis for New Business proposals - Develop New Business Case - Prepare detailed Project Reports - Work on Project Financing, Finance & Operations Due Diligence - Conduct Primary and Secondary data Research & analyze market opportunities - Work on Competitive intelligence for new market penetration - Study & present Payback ROI for new projects - Provide high level decision making support to President & CEO SKILLS REQUIRED : - Should have at least 3-5 years of working experience in a corporate strategy position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment - Should have substantial exposure to corporate strategy management, with direct exposure to top management strategy formulation and decision making. - Demonstrate exceptionally good analytical skills, an ability to translate raw information into actionable strategies and initiatives, demonstrate ability to perform standard analysis such as performance analysis, competitive analysis, market analysis, etc. OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED : - Should be a strong communicator - Should possess strong interpersonal skills - Should be excellent in using MS Office - Should have excellent presentation skills
