Role - Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager

Department - F&A (Costing)

Location - Mahad (Maharashtra)

Reporting to General Manager F&A and Systems

Qualification & Experience :

Qualified Cost Accountant (ICWA) with 5 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing industry preferably from Pharma Industry with exposure to SAP

Age - Upto 35 years

Job responsibilities :

Costing:

- Product Costing, Standard costing, & Variance Analysis.

- Product wise profitability statement with detailed product wise customer wise performance report.

- Installation of cost accounting System in SAP as per Cost Accounting Standard & Norms.

- Cost Improvement & Reduction in the process.

- Cost centre identification process wise and product wise.

- Preparing Cost Audit Reports and get it verified from Cost auditor.

- Monthly Stock Valuation for MIS and Stock statement (Quantity & Value).

- Physically stock verification and reconciling it with the SAP records.

- Providing detailed stock valuation and physical verification report to the auditors. Resolving all stock

related queries with the Auditor.

- Monthly Information System (MIS Reports) & Budget:

- Monthly / Annually reconciling costing profit with book profit.

- Monthly Batch wise yield report.

- Assisting in preparations of annual budget (Department wise and Company as a whole).

- Monthly monitoring of actual production norms vs Budgeted Norms with variance analysis and detailed explanation.

- Monthly monitoring of Actual expenses vs Budgeted Expenses.

- Put in place budgetary Control.

- Capex Budget allocation and monitoring in SAP.
