Legal Function 1. Representing the organization for resolution of legal cases under various status. 2. Drafting and vetting of legal and commercial documents including contracts, agreements, indemnities service bonds, non-disclosure agreements and other commercial agreements. 3. Appointing and maintaining sustained contact with legal professionals for initiating and follow-up on legal procedures, handling civil and arbitration cases. 4. Provide required assistance for each department 5. Ensure record and database for all litigations of each department. Handling Cases Related to Counterfeit 1. Experience of handling various corporate/Civil and criminal cases. 2. Have good knowledge of Indian judicial 3. Have good contact with administration , legal consultant etc., 4.
