Knowledge & Skills:

- Banking and NBFC laws, rules and regulations.

- Idea about Stamp Act, Gold Loan Business would be preferred advantage, FIR/Police Complaints Matter

- Return of Property Application / Cr. PC

- RBI guidelines over recovery.

- Arbitration & Conciliation Act.

- Insolvency Act.

- Negotiable Instruments Act.

- Consumer Protections Act.

- Indian Contract Act. / Labor Law

- Excellent Drafting & Pleading & Negotiation skills

Role & Responsibilities:

1) Reviewing the drafts of Pleadings for Litigations, FIR Matter, return of property applications, legal documents, any complaints raised

2) by the customer. Knowledge of Gold Loan/ Unsecured Loan Segment.

3) To reciprocate/reply to the letters, notices received from parties, advocates of the parties or from any authority or Bank or Financial

4) Institutions in consultation with the concerned person/department.

5) Coordinate with support function team i.e. Vigilance Officers, Collections, Operations, Admin, Human Resource, and advocates and discuss the issues relating to consumer and various matters filed against the company.

6) Managing and undertaking legal research as required. Responsible for all due diligence, audit, compliance and RBI reporting's.

7) To carry out any other tasks as assigned by Management. Prepare Monthly MIS or status of all the matters/critical

8) issues/challenges/suggestions. Execution of Court orders

9) Good knowledge of MS Office, Email Communications, system/software's. Frequent travel to Branches, Courts/police station to manage cases. This job involved 60% Travel and 40% Seating at Branch office.

10) Conduct diligent research into legal issues and recommend revisions as needed across a range of legal documents and agreements

11) Ensure the reliable and timely execution of the company's day-to-day legal activities;

12) Anticipate and plan for all legal risks, and develop strategies to mitigate those risks;

13) Experience managing attorneys and legal professionals, Broad litigation subject matter experience including for example, commercial class actions, regulatory investigations/enforcement.

14) Rich experience in managing & defending bulk litigations before various courts & forums including Supreme Court, High Courts, Sessions Courts, Metropolitan Courts, Civil Courts, Consumer Forums, Labor Courts and Permanent Lok Adalat.

16) Experience in drafting & vetting of various legal & commercial documents such as Writs, Agreements, Memorandum of Appeals, Complaints, Notices, Affidavits, Deeds, Written Statements, General Pleadings, Legal Communications & Contracts.

17) Experience in coordinating with Advocates, Law Officers, Court Staff, Police & Law Enforcement Agencies.

18) Excellent Communication Skills.
