Looking for AM/DM-Learning & Development (Content design & developer)

Job Duties

- The Content Developer should provide course content for all levels. He/She should work with business leaders and managers to identify training needs and trends within the business

- Experienced in identifying and analyzing skill-competency based training needs and create customized learning solutions

- The course content should be developed by the content developer himself. Course material should not be copied from other preparatory providers.

- Oversee the effective delivery of interventions and then evaluate their quality and impact ensure alignment with on-going improvement, development and implementation of future solutions.

- Identify the connections and synergies between different issues across the organization, to ensure that critical organizational requirements are identified and integrated solutions are developed.

- The content must be developed in proper English language.
