Designation :- Asst Manager / Deputy Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ACCOUNT OPENING DEPARTMENT:

Roles &Responsibilities:

1. Conduct gap analysis of all records updated in Exchange vis-a-vis records of back office & update the same

2. Automation of system wherein Brokerage reduction facility is to be made available to Authorized persons

3. Implementation of new E-KYC system

4. Handling Audit, Reporting & Compliance, PMLA For Exchanges & Regulators

5. To implement the process wherein there should be no pending or unanswered mail to avoid any Escalation

6. To complete all back log of pending CKYC and implement process wherein bulk CKYC can be uploaded

7. Handling Audit, Reporting & Compliance, PMLA For Exchanges & Regulators

8. To implement the process wherein physical account opening to be done with a TAT of one day.

9. To implement the process wherein there should be no pending or unanswered mail to avoid any Escalation

10. Real-time Implementation Of Stamp Duty Payment Process

11. Automation of all website modification on real time basis

12. Automation for mails to be send to clients on real time basis for all account modification and activation

13. Automation of all dormant account activation with a TAT of a day

14. Implementation of Re-KYC through mobile application

Skills required

1. Candidate should be well versed with Account Opening activities of all products available in Capital Market

2. Candidate should be a team player and self-motivated to drive for

3. Have an ownership mindset

4. Aggressively drive and deliver results

Desired Skills and Experience

1. 10 years of experience in stock-broking Industry

2. First class Graduate / has completed any Master's Program from a reputed university

3. Has thorough Knowledge of Capital Market
