Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Influencer - Retail Segment - Building Material Business

Purpose of the job :

Influencer management at our organization entails designing and executing strong programs for contractors, architects and engineers which encourage usage of their platform for buying building materials.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Work with technology team to create an influencer management program from scratch. Build it in a modular manner to add more categories with time.

- Design incentives for influencers to build salience of the platform. Build in control mechanisms to limit or restrict leakages.

- Ensure timely & smooth settlement of the incentives.

- Drive adoption of the program across multiple categories of influencers and across multiple geographies.
