- Employee dispute resolution procedures, performing internal audits and taking appropriate action to correct any employee relations issues

- Knowledge of the National Industrial Relations Act.

- Experience in at least 1 long term settlement

- Managing, negotiating Unions, Contract laborer

- Liasoning with Govt. Stakeholders

- Employee headcount

- Good English communication skill

- Issue of a Charge-sheet

- Suspension Pending Enquiry

- Notice of Enquiry

- Conduct of Enquiry

- Recording the Findings

- Awarding Punishment

- Communicating Punishment
