Job Summary :This position is responsible for execution of HR, IR and Employee Engagement activities across the unit and ensuring timely completion of applicable statutory compliances.
Job Responsibilities:
- To handle HR activities like Leave & Attendance Management and Employee Engagement.
- Ensure 100% statutory compliances of various labour laws including Contract Labour Management.
- Participating in various working committees at plant level to achieve the established goals.
- Participation in change management process across all levels and plant area.
- Ensuring timely processing of all bills related with HR function including regular and occasional bills.
- Coordinating and ensuring proper functioning of Occupational Health Centre constituted as per the statutory requirements.
- Counselling employees and handling day to day grievances including disciplinary matters.
Competencies:Technical / Functional Skills:
- Master Degree in HR / Social Work
- Computer acknowledge including SAP
- Knowledge of the Cement Industry / any large process industry.
