- Incumbent should have exposure in Recruitment role,Training and Development and employee engagement.
- Design Sales and Market Individual Development Plans.
- Prioritize training interventions and create the training calendar.
- Drive the employee engagement initiative (promoting, reporting, action planning post the results). Take ownership of companywide initiatives related to top engagement drivers.
