Position Title : HR Operations - AM/DM

Reporting to : CHRO

Location : Delhi

Qualifications and Experience :

- Academic Qualification Master's degree in HR preferred with at least 4-6 years of work experience in IT/ fast growth Tech-based Organization

Work Experience :


- At least 4-6 years of work experience in IT/ fast growth Tech-based Organization

- Proven work experience in HR Operations

- Good knowledge of compliances

- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems

Position Purpose :

- To work in a team environment for processing various transactions based on instructions within agreed timelines with accuracy to consistently provide a high level service to employees

Role and Responsibilities :

- Continuous upkeep and monitor internal HR systems and databases

- Monitor and reporting on key HR metrics

- Address employees- queries on operational matters

- Develops and implements new HR policies and maintains company's HR systems

- Ensure company's HR initiatives run smoothly

- Submit monthly payroll inputs and coordinate between HR and Finance for effective functioning of the system

- Conduct periodic scan of industry standards and best practices in HR management and develop proactive recommendations for integration of appropriate practices

- Identify, recommend and implement operational improvements to streamline HR processes and procedures, such as the Employee handbook

- Effectively coordinate with all other Country HR SPOCs for quick resolution and provide all necessary support towards Employee administration

Key Competencies Required :

- Knowledge of the latest tools and techniques in Human Resources

- Experience in HRIS/HRMS system is required

- Demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of HR Operations and employee life cycle management

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Power point & Excel)

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Good coordination, collaboration and team working

- Ability to adapt to working in a demanding environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders

- A high degree of confidentiality, resiliency, respect for others and tact are required
