Role Summary:-

With 5+ years Experience in HRBP HR operations, Recruitment, HR Analytics, SAP, HR Process Automation, HR Audit, MIS, Payroll, Performance Appraisal and complete employee life cycle activity.




Should be MBA/PGDM- HR from Reputed Institute with Excellent Communication Skills. 




Candidate from Project Management Consultancy/Company will be Preferred.

- Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.

- Improving and monitoring employee productivity.

- Structuring compensation and benefit packages.

- Managing staff wellness initiatives.

- Improving relations between staff and employers.

- Evaluating staffing needs.

- Overseeing recruitment efforts.

- Managing and allocating HR funds.

- Engaging with heads of department.
