AM/ DM Financial Reporting

- IND AS financial: Responsible for preparation of IND AS based financial for the company and for holding company for consolidation of results.

- ICFR- Responsible for ensuring sufficient controls are put in place and are tested on periodic basis.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, the Companies Act 2013, and also the IRDAI regulations.

- Quarterly audit: Support in Statutory audits including ICFR.

- Support in the Routing IGAAP financial

- Financial Reporting

- Preparation of consolidated financial statement and standalone financial statement on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for APAC and EMEA segment. Consolidating the trial balance for different legal entities.

- Analysing the central adjustments pertaining to the given legal entities.

- Preparation of inter-company - checking for any threshold breaches between the different legal entities .

- Performing validation checks for inter company transactions to ensure number reported in trial balance match with inter company transaction.

- Performing inter company reconciliation and elimination.

- Preparation of related party transaction report.

- Performing share capital and investment knock off

- Passing a consolidated entry to eliminate inter company transactions Computation of Foreign currency translation reserve (FCTR)

- Calculation of Non-controlling interest

- Preparation of statement of change in equity

- Preparation of cash flow statement

- Finalizing notes to accounts, schedules, and disclosure information.
