Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Finance - Pharma

Hiring for the post of AM/DM finance in one of the reputed companies in Pharma

Following are the Job Responsibilities :

- Analyze and review budgets and expenditure w.r.t existing and new products on monthly basis.

- Develop and monitor the annual operating budget.

- Maintain costing records of products as prescribed under Companies Act for Pharma Industry.

- Periodically reconcile costing records within financial records.

- To submit a report on variances periodically between actual and standards, identify reasons for variances and initiate corrective actions.

- To work out the product wise costing each month specifying API, consumables, testing etc.

- To establish the system for allocation of overheads for product development.

- To ensure proper recording of inventories and do the physical verification periodically.

- Investigate cycle counting variances and resolve issues.

- Work as a Finance representative along with Supply Chan during the price negotiation and vendor terms finalization for RM, PM and FGs.

- Periodically visit Plant and review the product wise costing w.r.t manufacturing at Plant.

- Review the standard costing/ batch costing and identify variances.

- Establish and maintain the standard costing norms.

- Review of costing procedure and method in ERP.

- Assist R&D Head in preparation of Budget for New Product Development.

- To keep updated knowledge of accounting standards and commercial laws and share the same with the team members.

- Any other activity assigned from time to time.
