Designation : Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager-Finance

Qualified : Chartered Accountant

Experience : 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in any industry

Job location : Noida

Job responsibilities:

- Responsible for GST related compliances and audits

- Responsible for handling direct/indirect tax litigation which involves extensive interaction with consultants, drafting/reviewing submissions and appearing before the authorities

- Ensure appropriate transfer pricing compliances are in place and coordinate / support consultants on transfer pricing matters

- Calculate advance tax and review Withholding Taxes and tax collected at source, payments and returns

- Analyze the monthly P&L, advise corrections and rectification and analyze variances between forecasted and actual costs

- Responsible for accounting of tax entries in India and US (GAAP)

- Knowledge of PE and International Travel taxation part

Requirements:

- Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

- Qualified Chartered Accountant

- 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in any industry

- Working experience in ERP environment (Oracle preferred)

- Expert knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and Power-point

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Must have analytical ability and clarity of thought

- Good team player

- Knowledge of US GAAP
