Job Profile :

- Conduct the Employee satisfaction survey in partnership with consultant and work towards implementing the identified action plan

- Execute the activities within the Rewards and Recognition framework

- Circulation of monthly employee engagement and communication calendar and adherence of same

- Adherence of Communication plan and releasing the HR Newsletter, Monthly Business Update etc, organising leadership webcast, townhalls etc and closure of employee queries received

- Conducting flash surveys to get feedback on HR initiatives and Analysis of the feedback received

- Responsible for marketing and branding campaigns for key HR initiatives in the regions

- Implementation of BPMS project
