Specialization in E-Commerce, Category Planning, Category Management, Assortment Panning, Business Planning, Strategic Planning, SOR and Outright Inventory planning, Key Account Management, Pricing Planning, Return Management, Front End Operations, Team Management and Promotions and Events Planning.

- Acquired strong exposure to Organisation product of various categories

- Deft in Promotion & Events, Amazon FBA and Cloudtail plan, Assortment Plan, Sale and Performance analysis, replenishment, margin management, markdown planning and maintaining the overall inventory level to meet the business requirement.

- Proficient in effectively managing Marketplace and Non Marketplace Model, collaborate with merchandising, New Product Development, Pricing, liaison to ensure on time achievement of Organizational targets.

- Demonstrated abilities in cementing healthy relationship with the Merchandiser for generating business and leading workforce towards accomplishing business and corporate goals.

- Goal-driven People Manager with an ability to guide and motivate the next level Executives in an effective manner.

CORE COMPETENCIES:

- Developing E-Commerce Strategy, Roadmap and generating Sales on Online Platforms for the Company through Portals namely Amazon, Flipkart, E-bay, Bigbasket , etc.

- Define and execute online marketing plan with interactive advertising partners and Creating Online Ads

- Manage all elements of the online sales P&L, including revenues, discounts, Logistic Changes, service fees, fulfilment costs and profitability. Working with interactive advertising partners, ensure accurate billing, review and approve all invoices. Forecast interactive advertising spend for accounting accruals and planning.

- Keep monitoring on any change on internal product pricing, Product Specification and, Update the same into all channels on regular interval.

- Coordinating with the Merchandiser for Promotions and Events to achieve the profitable business.

- Identifying Gaps in Merchandiser and Vendor, product range, Packaging, Strategizing the Product Visibility, Pricing & Discount, Products returns process, Return Claim etc.

- Managing Team of operations team and drive them to achieve the target to meet organisational objective.

- As Key Account Manager, I am responsible for E-Commerce business of organisation that includes Promotion & Events activities, Front end sales Operations, Managing Business Partners & Key Account management and New Business Development. The role involves setting up of the business processes and systems for the smooth functioning of the business.

- Drive the Top Line sales both Primary and Secondary Sales and Bottom-line

- Managing the Business Partner with key focus on E-commerce Partners.

- Management of Operation Team.

- Inventory Management to have Optimal inventory for achieving desired sales and keeping the exposure under control

- Develop the Replenishment Module considering the current SOR and Outright module followed by the organisation.

- Defining and Implementing the Promotional/Marketing strategy for the organisation while keeping the expense under control.

- Pricing and Discount Managing the Discount and Pricing of Marketplace and non-Marketplace vendors on regular basis.

- Keeping close eyes on order management.

- New E-Commerce partners identification, Negotiation of terms of Trade & creating E-Commerce base to support business.

- Demand planning coordination with customers & SCM Team.

- Forecast along with e-commerce portal on the increase in traffic during the promotions.

- Working with SCM & distributor to get the best fill rate.

- Manage claims of distributors.

- Monitoring the weekly, daily and monthly reports.

- Responsible for Tracking PO execution to ensure smooth process like appointment & timely supplies.

- Manage Inventory of distribution center.

- Amazon, FK, Big basket & Grofers Independently. (Amazon is mandatory)

- Should be based out of Bangalore or willing to work from Bangalore.
