One of our leading NBFC client is hiring for Credit team for Construction Finance, at different level at Mumbai office.

Job Description:

Designation: Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager

Role: Credit - Construction Finance

Responsibilities : (Purely credit Role)

- Evaluate proposals of debt and structured finance for real estate developers across India.

- Financial analysis of clients & markets, identification and optimization of risk identified.

- Structuring deals & presenting to senior management committee for approval.

- Establish a system for sourcing of transactions that fit into the credit lending philosophy of the company.

- Keeping abreast of all regulatory and economic developments taking place in the real estate sector and establish a system to record the same and spread knowledge/information within the organization in a systematic manner
