- Identify various sales channels for institutional sales.

- Evaluate market potential segment-wise assigning region target.

- Design & implement a control mechanism- monthly forecasts, Visit Planner, Enquiry.

- Monitoring activity Planning and coordination with RO CSM's.

- Design Pan India offer for bulk deals.

- Responsible for motivation, training, rewards, and recognition of the dealership employees.

- Conceptualizing and implementing the special offers and schemes for corporates.

- Organizing events including Corporate events, Loan Melas, Customer meets, Bankers meets, Mega-events, etc.

- Work closely with key auto leasing companies for business development.

- Design & administer profile-specific sales promotion schemes from time to tome.

- MIS maintenance with respect to different channels and institutional sales
