Role Title - Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

Role Requirement - Understanding of financial and capital markets, preferably of commodities markets

Function - Commodities

Reports to Manager

Qualification - CA / MBA

Experience - 1 to 6 yrs in a financial institution (Exchange, Banks, Broking Firm)

Location - BKC

Purpose of the Role - To support the department in registration and enablement of new members, maintaining operations of existing members as per defined processes and to maintain a relationship with members and enhance member experience through prompt and timely delivery.

Key Responsibility

New member enablement / Continued membership

- Coordinate with prospective members for collection of application documents; Scrutinize application documents to adhere to compliance requirements.

- Ensure completeness and accuracy of documents and liaison with Member Compliance Team for on-boarding of new members

- Grant approvals for additional segments and change in type of membership.

- Enable connectivity and provide user ids to new members.

- Provide adequate assistance and resolution of member queries.

CTCL

- Review applications of various NNF product, conduct demos & provide approvals in accordance with SEBI/NSE prescribed guidelines.

- Track System Audit submission for the trading members

Communication of new changes to the members related to API and providing Access and support for Test Market.

- Provide adequate support for customer queries

- Development and UAT

Market Access

- Processing of applications for User Id's to access the trading system.

- Processing of connectivity related requests

- Providing data to various department and regulators (SEBI).

- Provide adequate support for customer queries

- Development and UAT

Main and other Markets

- Issuance of trading related circular

- Processing of end of day activities

- Provide adequate support for customer queries

- Development and UAT
