Assistant Manager - Demand Planning - Chemical/Manufacturing Industry

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Supply chain Manager, main responsibilities include accountable for S&OP process to ensure delivering of both business and supply chain objectives.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

- Develop detailed forecasts by SKU and replenishment plans to maximize sales and optimize inventory with excellent fulfilment to customers

- Prepare monthly forecast (S&OP) meeting materials and provide analysis before presenting to multi-function stakeholders to get demand forecast and follow up on the inventory management

- Collaborate closely with logistics team and H.O SCM teams for smooth operation and improve supply chain KPI

- Identify root cause and develop corrective action plans to improve supply chain KPI

The Successful Applicant

Candidate Requirement:

MBA in SCM

From Industry - FMCG / CD / Chemical / Paint / Adhesive / Manufacturing / Pharma
