Service Delivery :
- Ensure exemplary relationship is developed with the ASPAC Account Managers and Lead Partners
Able to do the following:
- Aligning all accounts team members within ASPAC
- Guiding and encouraging accounts to use best practices across Account and Sector Management teams
- Maintaining pipeline sanctity through daily cleansing and necessary reach-outs
- Maintaining an up-to-date, complete view of top opportunities, wins and losses for your accounts
- Contributing towards creating and then landing new products into accounts
- Help drive the Annual Account Plan and keeping a track of it through the year
- Collaborating across the teams in the larger Business Unit to ensure the client needs are met and working as a single point of contact for the onshore account team
- Architecting requirements, analysis & providing research insight in other phases across existing account program ensuring delivery on planned value
- Help the account and sector teams to increase service opportunities leading to better management of the account
- Work with account and sector teams to affect the content represented on different marketing collaterals / channels to be the most beneficial and improve operational efficiencies for the team
- Work closely with your manager to ensure consistency and quality of support provided by Key Accounts program team, devise quality procedures, standards and specifications formats)
Quality Assurance :
- Ensure consistency and quality of reporting support provided. As a Lead able to review the deliverables and ensure high quality and increase the scope of work with the help of Innovation and customized client solutions.
- Work closely with the manager to ensure consistency and quality of support provided to onshore account teams, devise quality procedures, standards and specifications
Essential skills required :
Education / professional qualifications
- MBA/Master's degree from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute or equivalent Post Graduation/diploma
Prior Experience :
- 7+ years of Business experience in a similar role for a large multinational company (Experience in a professional services firm would be an advantage)
Required skills :
- Strong delivery management skills, Excellent attention to detail is a must
- Master degree in any discipline - preferably MBA.
- Understanding of an Account Planning and Sales process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) & Data Analysis
- Good communicator both verbal and written (face to face as well remotely)
- Project management experience
- Works well within a team environment
