We are looking for Assistant Manager - Data Business Analyst for one of the leading financial firms at Gurgaon. - Assist in the implementation of the Information Management Strategy for the Group - Assist the Group in identifying its Critical Data and bring it under governance: - Capture the Metadata related to Usage including definition, Data Domain etc. - Capture, Document, and uplift Data element definitions and Data Quality Rules - Capture high level and detailed data lineage with the assistance of data lineage tools like Collibra - Capture data risk and controls in the end to end data flow - To be successful in this role, you will have an overall post-qualification experience of around 4-5 years with about 3 years of relevant experience in Data and Information Management roles as Data Business Analyst in the Financial Services industry. You will also possess the following: - A passion and genuine interest in Information Management with enthusiasm around bringing a positive change in data culture - Exposure and understanding of data related to Regulatory Requirements
