Note: experience not to be time-bound)  Essential:  - Experience in data analytics – particularly in relation to credit cards.  - Ability to clearly present the results of data analysis in a way that is easy for others to understand.  Technical Skills:  - Minimum 3 years’ experience in SAS/SQL programming, including Enterprise Guide.  - Experience of working with financial / credit card specific data  - Knowledge of reporting tools  Other Skills:  - Instinctive approach to matching internal needs with business propositions.  - Appreciation of commercial consequences of decisions.  - Understand the balance between a ‘perfect’ solution and a solution meeting the business needs that can be quickly implemented to start delivering benefits to the business.  - Excellent team working skills.  - Communication –Critical to be able to effectively and concisely communicate with customers to deliver requirements in a controlled manner.
