Customer Relationship AM - Logistics
- Coordinating with the team to help identifying and tracking the prospects.
- Fixing appointments with Clients (New and Existing) and informing the same to the Marketing/service executives and getting the report at the end of their visit.
- Maintaining and Managing Customer Database with accuracy.
- Segmenting the Customers based on their businesses and location.
- Collecting Daily/ Weekly / Monthly reports from the Marketing team.
- Collecting Sales reports for all the locations and submitting the same to Marketing and service heads and management with the analysis report.
- Reviewing the reports and follow up the Marketing team to make them to follow up the customers based on their reports.
- Collecting Feedback from the Customers and document the same and report marketing heads and the management.
- Should have a track on Available Stock which will be helpful in providing data to the marketing team and to the customers immediately.
- Checking mails and attending phone calls and responding professionally.
- Reporting the Planned Daily Tasks list and Action towards planned tasks to immediate superior end of every day.
