Job Description :
- You would be responsible for end to end customer re-activation & retention campaigns
- Lifecycle management of the customer & Cohort, Creating customer journeys to improve key metrics across the funnel in line with business objectives.
- Create monthly strategies for the growth of revenue from existing users of the Platform
- Own the entire retention and reactivation funnel constantly tracking, optimizing, and improving the same with the combination of creative communication, offer led promotion and product features in a timely manner and within budget
- Generate deep insights about customers that increase their retention, root-cause & predict churn and lead to inventing new ways to delight and retain customers.
- Will include conducting primary & secondary customer research
- Experiment across the whole retention & re-activation funnel constantly looking for maximum impact on DAU (daily active users)
- Create, implement and optimize daily/weekly/monthly campaigns (retention and reactivation - both automated and not automated)
- Should be able to handle CRM tools, execute, measure & analyze campaign Metrics. The ability to run your own SQL queries is a plus
- Develop & execute New campaign ideas, product features & implementation Work with content and design team to ensure timely execution of campaign with no errors
- Understand and create user flows with optimum interventions to extend and retain user journeys to maximize for profitability
Requirements :
- Good at data analytics and understanding user journeys
- Enjoy driving insights out of data, comfortable working with common analytical tools
- Have the ability to seamlessly transition from high-level creative brainstorming to conducting and analyzing experiments and sweating the details
- Should have an eye for detail, analytical mindset
- Should be able to do quick and flawless execution of campaigns on clever tap with the least amount of support
- Preferably must have worked in a retention role in any internet B2C organization or from a data analytics firm with good retention management, project experience.
